Balances that cannot be returned to the Player after reasonable efforts will be remitted in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
5.1 ace222 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") at its sole discretion. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each Promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. 9.2 ace222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from third-party payment delays, internet connectivity issues, or device compatibility problems.
9.3 ace222's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ace222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to clause 13.3, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above process.
